I am happy with his nose.

Hipsters

Cheapo ballpoint on cheapo printing paper.
The weird stripes are from my broken scanner. I put three of them together, so as to appear artistic. Incidentally, I really like to shade like this- it's with lots of little apostrophes. It looks very warm and soft.

The Hottest Mermaid Ever

Pen and ink on Bristol board, combining photos from Fish of the Pacific Northwest and Ray Bradbury: An Illustrated Life.

Abraham Lincoln

This is a single-line drawing done with a ballpoint pen.

Some Old Animation

This is mostly from eighth grade. Please bear in mind that I am much better at everything now.

I have done David Chelsea proud

This is some three-point perspective, albeit very fudged. Sometimes I felt like this at that one private school I went to.

Post-it notes are so cool

Hey, look at me, I'm a production studio.

I DONE SOME ANIMATIN'

This is a trailer for Tim Sievert's graphic novel, That Salty Air, new this year from Top Shelf Comics.  I got to spend some time with Tim at San Diego this year, and he is a hilarious and strange person. His comic is excellent too. I highly recommend purchasing a copy, and then sending the video to a few of your friends to boost the viewer count. Viral advertising is the new normal advertising!
