16 drawings in 17 minutes

To listen to the album that accompanies these microdrawings, go to my friend David Kanaga's Bandcamp page. You can stream it for free, but do yourself a favor and buy the pretty screenprinted physical version as well.

holy shit... so fucking amazing! so how improvised was this? was this on the first listen? or did you have some ideas going into it? I really like the style. i've been seriously digging your stuff this year... and davids stuff too.

Hey, thanks! It was my second listen, but I had no ideas going into it other than that I knew I wanted to mimic the color scheme of the packaging.

amaaaazing! these are, wow, perfect visual realizations of the music- the drawings AND the rules.

I feel like this was like looking the very most innards of your general aesthetic which was fun to look at in the-watching-people-whom-I find-to-be-interesting-artists-but-not-like-y'know-creepy way. Also (duh), works with the music nicely. I know there's a reason why I scroll through the "blogs you follow" list every once in awhile!
