I don't know anything about a contest, but I like this work a lot (if that helps)--quite the party going on in the waters around the fellow in the bath tub-and nice color selection. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Bill! It was really fun to draw. Sort of a distraction from my bigger, more important projects but hopefully worthwhile.
